Strength · Cardio · Coaching

Serious training, without the theatre.

Two full gym floors, coaches who work on the floor rather than behind a desk, and a plan you can keep to.

01Strength

Load it properly.

Free weights, racks and resistance work, with the space to move between them. Whether you are learning a hinge for the first time or adding to a working set, the floor is set up for progressive work rather than circuits around whatever is free.

02Cardio

Build the engine.

A full cardio line for steady work, intervals or the ten minutes that finish a session. Use it as the whole workout or as the part that makes the rest of the week possible.

03Personal training

One coach. Your training.

Personal training at Energized is a working relationship rather than a package of sessions. Someone who knows what you did last week, what is bothering your shoulder and what to change next.

  1. 01A conversationWhat you want out of it, what you have done before, what your week actually looks like.
  2. 02A starting pointA plan you can repeat — the movements, the loading and how often you are realistically in.
  3. 03Coaching on the floorTechnique corrected while you lift, not described afterwards. Sessions adjusted as you get stronger.
  4. 04Review and changeThe plan moves when you do. Nothing here is a twelve-week template printed once.

04Where you train

Separate floors, equal provision.

Female gym floor

A dedicated women's floor with its own strength and cardio provision, and coaching on the floor. Not a partitioned corner of a shared room.

Male gym floor

A full men's floor with the same equipment categories and the same coaching. Both floors are part of the same membership.

Class disciplines run in the studio — see Yoga, Pilates and Zumba.
