What we collect
We collect only what you type into the enquiry forms on this site: your name, phone number, and optionally a WhatsApp number, email address, the services you are interested in, your stated goal, a preferred contact method, a preferred time to visit, and any message you write. We also record which page the enquiry came from.
We do not run advertising trackers, we do not build behavioural profiles, and we do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.
Why we hold it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange a tour and answer questions about membership. That is the only purpose. We do not add you to a marketing list without asking.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we are dealing with them and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time and we will.
Security and processing
Enquiries are stored in a database operated by Cloudflare and are accessible only to authorised Energized staff, who sign in through Cloudflare Zero Trust. Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a real browser rather than an automated script.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies to keep the site secure and available, and Turnstile may set a short-lived cookie while it verifies a form submission. The staff-only admin area uses a session cookie issued by Cloudflare Access.
Links and embedded content
Links to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp and Google Maps take you to services run by other companies with their own privacy policies. The map on our contact page is not loaded until you choose to load it, so nothing is requested from Google unless you ask for it.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details above and we will deal with it.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be obvious rather than buried.
